One of our consulting clients is the Board of Directors for a mid-sized training company. This client retains Greenbush Consulting to provide independent analysis for serveral key initiatives within their organization, including an infrastructure refresh and replacement project. Our senior advisors are also available for one-on-one consultation with the members of the Board to address their concerns about new technologies or how their key vendors are performing against their industry competitors.
Another client is the Board of Directors for a start-up company looking to launch an alternative payments network. Our specialists meet with the Board members as requested to provide detailed advice concerning the applicable rules and regulations that could potentially impact their product offering, as well as assisting their staff in understanding security concerns and implementing solutions to address them. Finally, we provide suggestions for potential partners to the start-up and particpate in analyzing alternative solutions that can speed up their implementation timeframes.

Greenbush Consulting engages with Executive Management teams in a variety of ways. The Executive Management of one of our larger clients meets regularly with their Managing Consultant to provide feedback on their plans to implement virtualization and encryption technologies into their data centers, two current trends that are risky if implemented improperly. We also recently worked with another client, a mid-sized firm in New York, to complete a strategy and set of implementation procedures for cloud-based services in their environment. Once completed, the organization shared that their comfort level with cloud-based offerings was "much higher and well informed" than it was previously.
Since Greenbush Consulting provides unbiased advice and counsel in a number of disciplines, our consultants engage with many executive management teams to help them assess their options amongst multiple alternatives, as well as the viability of potential projects. Our consultants are experienced in employing project portfolio management skills to assess the roster of projects at an organization, and our methodologies focus the management teams on the best outcomes for their specific situations. One existing client has recently completed a network and processing system security assessment, where Greenbush Consulting's participation assisted in preventing "an absolute disaster".
The value brought by Greenbush Consulting is enhanced by the fact that all of our consultants are dedicated to providing their analysis completely free from any outside influences. Greenbush Consulting has absolutely NO relationships or affiliations with any vendors or industry service providers. As such, Greenbush Consulting has only one focus -- providing the absolutely best, unbiased advice to our clients. Since we have no other agendas, we are always dedicated to serving the needs of our clients and their staff members.

Greenbush Consulting meets with the technical management staffs of a number of clients, helping them assess vendor offerings and new technologies, as well as how they would best benefit them. A well-known West Coast firm has used Greenbush Consulting frequently since 2010 to review and assess the value of their potential network redesign efforts, as they expanded into the Asia Pacific region. These reviews resulted in cost savings and operational efficiencies that were both dramatic and measureable. Most recently, Greenbush Consulting has worked with a different technical team within the same organization to review and standardize their disparate application development and quality assurance efforts, resulting in significantly lower licensing costs and greater staffing flexibility.
A long-time client of Greenbush Consulting also meets periodically to review their technical staffing plans and organizational structure. These reviews ensure the most efficient use of their resources, while engaging their staff in recurring training assessments and opportunities.

An organization will many times become a client of Greenbush Consulting because of a specific project or event, but they will often ask to remain engaged with us afterwards, either to maintain an independent evaluation of the success of a particular effort or to access our consultants on a number of other topics. This often occurs because of the independence and client focus that Greenbush Consulting seeks to provide on every engagement.
For these organizations, Greenbush Consulting provides an offering we refer to as Retained Services. Our Retained Services clients pay an annual subscription fee to have priority access to our consultants and specialists, often times receiving the assistance they need during their initial call into our offices. More detailed analysis is completed on a project basis at rates discounted from our established rate cards.
